As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for delivering the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet the needs of our customers and drive business growth.   Responsibility - Become an expert for your product, domain and market and be the evangelist for the product across the company. - Product Life Cycle management of multiple processing platforms and APIs, championing comprehensive documentation (e.g., initiatives, business, and product outcomes, etc.). - Communicate clearly with well-defined ability to handle both executive-level discussions as well as functional / technical deep dives. - Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and other Agile ceremonies to ensure timely delivery of product milestones. Critical Skills - Work closely with engineering teams to translate product requirements into technical specifications and ensure timely delivery of product milestones. Understanding of Systems and Platforms is a plus. - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate product performance, measure success, and identify areas for improvement. - Good understanding of relevant technology, cloud solutions, programming languages, and experience with product design and architectures. Launch and Release Plans - Work closely with Senior Product Managers to develop launch and release strategies, engaging with diverse stakeholders to ensure effective prioritization of product features.

The Data Standards Analyst I position within the Implementation & Onboarding (I&O) team is responsible for coordinating product implementation tasks and the configuration and maintenance of the company's distribution partner and content provider master data. This involves analyzing, auditing, manipulating, and maintaining the integrity of the company’s enterprise master data including eGift templates in collaboration with other cross functional teams such as IT, finance, and marketing.

Blackhawk has number of enterprise and external data sources consumed by various analytics tools including Power BI, Qlik, and Tableau.  Blackhawk is undertaking a data transformation journey toward a single source of truth for all analytics and architecting data to be easily interpreted and consumed by both technical and business analytics developers.  The end goal is to create a data-rich organization empowering a multitude of business led and external facing analytics assets.   About the role:   Senior Power BI Developer with will be responsible for developing, supporting, and implementing business intelligence solutions using Power BI. This role will apply Microsoft Power BI across the enterprise to build new solutions for reporting and analytics, including model development, data visualizations, security, gateway setup and governance. The position will also gather and analyze business requirements, plan, prepare, implement, and deliver solutions to production.  The individual will collaborate with Product Team & Business Stakeholder to validate the proposed architecture solution in order to enable the team to provision estimates, develop plans and prepare implementation approaches. Prepare and deliver technical engagements to enterprise customers. These include strategy briefings, architecture design sessions, building of rapid prototypes, workshops.

We pack out product, set to plan-o-gram, report out-of-stock, place shelf tags, conduct resets and install new fixtures. We build relationships with Retail Management and provide customers shopping guidance of our product lines we merchandise.

We are looking for an Accountant III to be a part of our Global Accounting Team reporting to the Senior Revenue Manager.  In this role, through your primary responsibilities you will assist in maintaining and ensuring the integrity of our financials.  You will establish and maintain the accounting of our open loop products as well as support the business on future and new product offerings.  The position is responsible for period end close activities, account reconciliations, process improvements and documentation, and projects as assigned.  To be successful in this role, the candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, possess the ability to influence, negotiate, and have successful working relationships with multiple cross functional teams and should be able to interact effectively with multiple cross functional teams, including but not limited to: FP&A, Business Development, Sales, Account Management, Legal, Marketing, and Operations. Blackhawk’s Order and Fulfillment team is seeking a hands-on Senior Technical Product Manager with hands-on expertise in delivering scalable solutions and platforms that enables growth of current and future products and services to our customers in the FinTech space. Responsibilities - Go to market for BHNs API First Branded Value Ordering solutions and services, wrapped in ‘easy to access’ Developer Front Doors - End-to-end management of APIs, championing a top-tier API portal, and crafting comprehensive documentation. - Build and maintain developer relations, align platform capabilities with the company vision, and ensure financial understanding. Critical Skills - Proven track record in iterative product development, effective communication, problem-solving, and leadership through influence. - Solid understanding of relevant technology, cloud solutions, programming languages, and experience with product design and architectures. Go-to-Market Strategy - Own the go-to-market strategy for multiple Core Enterprise platforms. This role will be responsible to prepare the financial statement audits for the BHN APAC Incentives entities in Singapore and Hong Kong. Reporting to the Financial Controller Incentives APAC the candidate ensures the accounts and transactions are reported in line with company policy and accounting standards. Key responsibility and focus will be assisting with the preparation of the annual statutory audit for the Digital Glue Singapore and Digital Glue Hong Kong entities. The position is expected to liaise with the external auditors, internal accounting team and management. The APAC entities have exposure to prebuy digital giftcard inventory and the candidate will be actively involved here with the aim to improve the process where possible, align to company policy and accounting standards. The candidate is expected to have experience with complex reconciliations and will work with the inventory accountant, AP and AR teams through complex reconciliations.   The role requires problem solving skills, analytical thinking, and interpersonal skills to work with different stakeholders. BHN Incentives APAC operates in a fast-moving environment and the position needs to be able to prioritize the various demands from the different stakeholders.
