We are seeking an experienced Senior Staff Technical Program Manager to join the Product and Technology Program Management team for Core Services, focusing on the Content pillar. The Content pillar enables global operational excellence to support content fulfillment, inventory, supply chain and distribution through robust platforms and services, aiming to improve controls, increase scalability and offer flexibility for our growing channel partners across retail Brick & Mortar (B&M) and digital ecommerce. Reporting to the Director of Business Operations and Program Management, you will enable cross-functional teams to discover and deliver innovative, tech-powered content solutions that our customers love while maximizing business outcomes. You will be responsible for end-to-end orchestration of program initiatives, focusing on outcomes, and centering the customer in everything you do, supporting our journey in the Product Operating Model.
