We are looking for a seasoned project manager to help lead and ensure the execution of global strategic initiatives at Blackhawk Network.   Reporting into the Sr Director of Program Management in the Transformation Office and working directly with the cross-functional leadership team, this key resource will provide the delivery framework for multiple large scale enterprise projects and workstreams with a focus on Transformation and Global Operations.   This leader will be skilled at aligning cross-functional team members at all levels of the organization on vision, scope, and implementation plans in collaboration with executive stakeholders.   They will be responsible for defining key deliverables, schedules, and budgets, and most critically, keeping stakeholders updated on status, blockers, and decisions needed throughout delivery.   This role is also responsible for ensuring adjacent process modeling and change management, as required, in collaboration with the business stakeholders and transformation team.
