    Overview:

    We are currently looking for an experienced Partner Account Manager. This person will be responsible for managing the day to day account management and support of partner accounts. The Account Manager will be responsible for building strong account relationships that lead to long term partnerships and high partner satisfaction. This role is cross-functional and perfect for a self-motivating, dynamic individual with a positive, can-do attitude. This position is based in Toronto, Ontario and will have responsibility over Canadian Accounts.

    Responsibilities:

    • Serve as primary point of contact for strategic Canadian Distribution Partner accounts in all aspects including: Day-to-day card partner and retail account management relationships; retailer on-boarding; store level execution and compliance; ongoing marketing and prepaid card sales activities.
      • Develop and manage strong relationship with partners, working together to meet overall goals of partner and BHN.
      • Develop and execute business growth strategies for the partnership, track performance metrics, and communicate initiative results to all relevant parties
      Responsible for building and delivering on annual plan with Year-over-Year growth in top strategic accounts through innovation and value-added solution implementation.
      • Partner with the Sales, Legal, Finance, Settlement, Risk Management and Compliance teams to secure pre-launch retailer Partner/Financial Review and on boarding due diligence.
      • Work with Card Partner and BHN Marketing to develop and execute marketing campaigns designed to ensure increased sales, program growth and profitability.
      • Partner with Space Planning and Merchandising teams for retail execution and Card Act Compliance auditing.
      • Work with key team members at BHN to keep card production, IT and network integration on track.
      • Regularly provide data/reports on partnership activity and revenue generation, and lead regular account management and partner meetings to review and analyze data...
      • Project management of new product rollouts, both with existing and new/potential partnerships. This will require careful coordination of both internal and external resources.

    Qualifications:

    • 2-5 years of experience with account management and strategic accounts
    • Outstanding interpersonal skills with natural ability to thrive in a dynamic and complex work environment.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage day to day aspects of strategic partnerships while strengthening business relationships
    • Proven strength in managing multiple tasks and varying strategic objectives.
    • Ability to manage large scale projects with limited direction.
    • Work well with large, multi-functional teams and in highly complex situations.
    • Willingness to show initiative and support other members of team as needed.
    • Innovative and entrepreneurial attitude with the ability to solve problems in a rapidly evolving business and competitive environment.
    • Detail/results oriented – Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
      • Intermediate Excel and modeling skills.
    • English/French bilingual is an asset.

    Education: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Management, Business related field or equivalent experience.
