The Talent Acquisition Business Partner (TABP) will primarily focus on supporting the recruiting efforts for our Finance, Accounting, Operations and Sales/Marketng team, but be flexible enough to recruit for non-technical positions based on workload. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of recruiting, has an entrepreneurial spirit, and strong track record of success! A sourcing ninja who partners well with hiring managers and excellent communication/follow through skills with candidates is a must! Able to partner with all levels of the organization and lead the hiring process that enables Blackhawk to identify and hire the best talent in the industry. Promote a strong company-wide recruiting culture, drive best practices for interviewing, selection and hiring. This role will be in our Corporate office in Pleasanton, reporting to the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition.
