    Overview:

    This position is a production planning role within the Fixture Operations team. This position will support various activities in support of fixture and print initiatives for our partners. These responsibilities include but are not limited to, project management, supplier check in, BOM management, item creation/deactivation and in-field fixture support.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage smaller new custom fixture design/signage projects for retailer specific initiatives from start to finish.
      • Track project timelines to ensure key milestones and in-store dates are met for new fixture rollouts and signage refreshes.
      • Gathers Requests for quote, examines bids, makes and awards to monitor cost, schedule & scope of projects to assure quality & on-time delivery.
      • Plans, schedules and monitors the movement of materials through the production cycle to determine required materials purchases.
    • Responsible for vendor meetings including scheduling weekly meetings, setting up the agenda, and documenting the meeting.
    • Manage replenishment fixtures including working with vendors to reorder multiple fixtures.
    • Manage fixture repairs.  Assess the situation and come up with a resolution.
    • Responsible for ensuring all data is up to date in the systems by using internal ERP and associated project management tools and workflow system.
    • Work cross functionally (marketing, legal, etc.) to ensure we receive materials, approvals, etc. in a timely matter.
    • Set up and create BOMs for new fixtures and new signage initiatives.
    • Report generation
    • Research fixture history data
    • Inventory reconciliation

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
    • 1+ years experience in relevant field
    • Experience in operations or purchasing a plus
    • Experience in customer support and/or project management a plus
    • Print experience is a plus
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
    • Knowledge of ERP Systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Possess a high degree of self-motivation and resourcefulness
    • Work independently but understand when to escalate or ask for support
    • Problem recognition and resolution skills 
    • Strong Customer service skills and client focused orientation
    • Preferred experienced in creating and managing Bills of Material
    • Familiarity with QuickBase a plus
