    The Hawk Marketplace Product Manager is responsible for working with the product director on product planning and execution, focusing on defining and prioritizing product and customer requirements and working closely with technology, sales, marketing, and operational support teams to ensure revenue and client satisfaction goals are met.


    • Define and write detailed product user stories; partner with IT on grooming, prioritization, and implementation of those requirements
    • Partnering cross functionally with business and development teams to define and prioritize features and functions
    • Partner with QA team to define and refine user acceptance criteria, assist with development of test scripts, ensure defects are identified and handled expeditiously
    • Track project status and provide updates at weekly cross-functional review meetings, including tracking and resolution of all issues
    • Generate detailed documentation describing new features/functionality for Account Management, Sales, and Marketing teams
    • Project management of customer requirements and other key product functionality implementations across multiple organizations
    • Liaison with Account Management team on customer issues and questions
    • Manage end-to-end customer LOE requests and process
    • Organize workload to move multiple projects forward at the same time
    • Research customer requirements and conduct competitive analysis. Become an expert on how our product compares to the competition
    • Communicate clearly with all functional areas of the company


    • Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a product analyst/manager, project manager, product marketing or product support role
    • Strong familiarity or experience working in agile development environment
    • Experience writing product requirements, use cases and/or user stories
    • Strong English writing skills; writing samples will be required from candidates selected for interviews
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Excellent communication skills; able to communicate product concepts and requirements, as well as project plans to cross-functional teams
    • Ability to define, understand, and map end-to-end processes
    • Experience performing high-level data analysis; must have a general understanding of databases and structures
    • Strong competency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Visio
    • Resourceful and a self-starter with immense attention to detail and follow through
    • Ability to multi-task and perform multiple initiatives at one time
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure of deadlines
    • Persistence and ability to hold project team members accountable
    • Mobile solution development experience a plus
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field or equivalent
