    We are looking for a Production Planner III to be responsible for onboarding products distributed in our Retail and eCommerce channels.  Buyer will work independently in card production procurement and vendor manage from inception to delivery of goods. Must be a highly organized Project Manager and have excellent customer service skills to troubleshoot and prioritize jobs with vendors and internal/external client. Must have adaptive technical and functional skills - efficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, DAX, and QuickBase.



    • Gathers Requests for quote, examines bids, makes and awards to monitor cost, schedule & scope of projects to assure quality & on-time delivery.
    • Performs project management through the production cycle including: quote and bid completion, Purchase Order and Sales Order creation in DAX creation and management of Statement of Work, procurement and project management of all vendor milestones, logistics planning, and invoice reconciliation in DAX.
    • Work with Vendors and Accounting to ensure timely completion of Purchase and Sales Orders in Microsoft Dynamics.
    • Upon completion of jobs, responsible for auditing submitted invoices and ensuring all supporting documentation is complete.
    • Work independently to manage Digital Gaming and Closed Loop initiatives with internal clients and vendors.
    • Managing production options and troubleshooting alternative product and timing solutions with BD, Sales, vendors and design team. Provide clear direction to vendor contacts and provide timely updates to all internal parties.
    • Advise, guide, and influence internal clients to appropriate alternate solutions and resolve discrepancies or priorities.
    • Monitors Grid Pricing schedule and scope of assigned subcontracts to assure best quality at best value. Ability to analyze quotes and negotiate pricing.
    • As needed, facilitate product development, work with vendors on prototyping to final approved product line.


    • Bachelor’s Degree in Purchasing or Project Management or minimum 3-5 years in a Procurement function - preferably in materials and print production.
    • Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills are required.
    • Good oral and written communication skills.
    • Excellent customer service and the ability to influence and partner with clients.
    • Experience with vendor management.
    • Exceptional project management skills – knowledge in card/print production is helpful.
    • Strong understanding of SOX accounting rules.
    • Strong PC, Excel, Outlook, DAX, Quick Base skills.
    • Strong attention to detail.
