    Blackhawk Network has an immediate opening for a mid-level commercial attorney at its Fenton, Missouri office. This is a full time position and will report to the US Retail commercial lead lawyer. The successful candidate will be part of a global team that provides legal support to 26 markets.

    The preferred candidate will have at least 5 years’ relevant experience including practice at a top-tier law firm. This position requires an efficient lawyer with excellent interpersonal skills who enjoys working in a collaborative environment.  We are looking for a great teammate who is dedicated, detail oriented, and passionate about understanding our retail commercial prepaid products and services.


    • Providing practical legal advice and support in a fast-faced environment with a high level of professionalism
    • Drafting and negotiating customer agreements, including SAAS agreements
    • Key partner to sales teams, in collaboration with compliance, risk, treasury/settlement, information security, technology, and other stakeholders, in a manner consistent with applicable law and corporate risk tolerance
    • Self-motivated lawyer who will stay current with FinTech laws/regulations
    • Performs with a high level of accuracy, accountability and initiative


    • 5 years’ relevant experience including practice at a top-tier law firm.
    • JD required and member of good standing of a state bar
    • Experience working with financial services and regulated entities is a plus
    • Experience with technology transactions is a plus
