    Our global legal department has an opening for a Contracts Manager at our Fenton, Missouri office. This full time position requires a self-motivated, flexible candidate who likes a challenge, with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage changing priorities and a range of job functions.  The successful candidate will perform all functions with a high level of accuracy, accountability and initiative. We are looking for a great teammate who is dedicated, detail oriented, and passionate about understanding our retail commercial prepaid products and services.


    • Draft a broad range of standard and non-standard contracts and renewals
    • Negotiate with clients to explain contract provisions
    • Manage the contract life cycle and record the execution version in the contract management system
    • Support data information requests by attorneys and sales teams and respond to inquiries regarding contract obligations and revisions
    • Other duties as assigned



    • Experience in legal contract negotiation with both standard and non-standard contract terms
    • Strong negotiations skills
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills required
    • Strong computer skills required (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
    • Able to take direction and work independently, prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
    • Analytical and detail oriented
    • Practical and proactive problem solver
    • Extensive experience working with different levels of a company including senior level management
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills




    • Minimum 6 years contract management experience required either at a law firm or corporate legal department
    • Paralegal certificate preferred
    • Experience working with non-disclosure agreements and information technology agreements preferred, including statements of work and master services agreements
    • Experience working with consumer financial laws or highly regulated entities preferred, but not required
