    The Account Manager is responsible for managing the day to day relationship with a Tier 1 Digital Distribution Partner.  The Account Manager will be an excellent communicator and work in partnership with the Blackhawk sales team. Responsibilities will include managing the catalog including both new and existing products. The Account Manager will also work with internal support teams to ensure products are in stock with sufficient SOH and that both parties are meeting their reporting obligations.  In addition, the Account Manager will work with the marketing team to develop marketing programs to ensure a robust calendar is in place to drive sales during key periods and account specific events.  The Account Manager will be a team player who thrives in a matrix environment to ensure the named account continues on a strong and profitable growth trajectory.


    • Day to day account management of Tier 1 partner
    • Work closely with content and sales team to ensure current catalog is optimized and new content is consistently added to the program
    • Monitor key SLA’s to ensure both parties are meeting contractual obligations
    • Work with marketing team to ensure an optimized marketing calendar is in place including key events/holidays
    • Work with operations team to manage inventory flow
    • Create and run various sales analysis reports to monitor sales trends and track performance
    • Work with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, supply chain, operations, finance, accounting and legal when necessary


    • 7-10 years Account Management experience
    • Ability to think strategically
    • Strong Analytical skills
    • Excellent interpersonal skills, time management and multi-tasking abilities
    • Ability to prioritize and manage numerous projects on tight deadlines
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills required


    Education Required

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or like business field
