    This person will be a member of the on site Blackhawk Account team responsible for building

    Blackhawk’s relationship with Meijer and supporting the tactical execution and administration of all developed programs and initiatives.


    • Support the management of the day to day operations for pre-paid debit and partner gift cards within Meijer
    • Work with Meijer internal teams, BHN teams and Card Partners to investigate and troubleshoot card activation concerns.
    • Assist in reconciliation by facilitating true-up process and moderating customer returns submitted from stores.
    • Manage the ordering process, distribution and fulfillment of displays and various promotional programs across all Meijer banners and stores
    • Support the management of installation and operations of third party merchandising for Meijer stores
    • Support the technical details of various programs
    • Coordinate and maintain all updates and changes to planograms with Blackhawk Space Planning team and assist in the posting of the Planograms for Meijer
    • Submit accurate new item forms in a timely manner
    • Coordinate the item set up, testing and launching for all new sku’s
    • Assist in the test and launch of all promotional programs
    • Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis and assist with all administrative tasks associated with those projects
    • Develop and deliver sales reports, progress reports, proposals, project plan tracking forms
    • Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the Business
    • Ability to work independently within Meijer’s corporate environment as a representative of Blackhawk

    • Proficient with various desktop software and marketing technologies, such as Microsoft Office Suite
    • In depth experience managing installation and operations of retail in store services
    • Strong presentation skills with ability to work at the executive level of organizations

    Experience Required

    • 4 year college degree
    • 5+ years of experience managing retail clients and implementing marketing/merchandising programs
    • 2 + years of consultative selling within a retail environment
