    Overview:

    We are looking for a savvy and energetic Financial System/Host Analytics Administrator capable of wearing multiple hats in order to support our financial planning tool and process. The candidate should be highly committed to quality, customer service, and team work in supporting the department goals in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment. You will also work cross functionally to drive key metrics and financial activity.

    Responsibilities:


    • Maintain integrity of system metadata, automation, dimensionality, business/translation rules and multi dimension reporting.

    • Modify and enhance system dimensions, scripts and schedules to align with business requirement changes.

    • Perform monthly, quarterly and full year validations and tie outs of the Financial system reporting data back to the corporate ERP tool (Microsoft Dynamics)

    • Identify, support and implement system improvements to maximize tool usage for quality analytics

    • Collaborate with business users to identify and document business processes and requirements for the development and implementation of internal systems.

    • Ensure processes are scalable and flexible to meet future business needs and represent the best overall fit for the organization.

    • Design processes that can be implemented with minimal disruption to supporting systems and that are cost effective.

    • Anticipate the needs of stakeholders affected by process change.

    • Work with our Enterprise Applications’ integration team or implementation partners to develop and define requirements to support processes and system changes.

    • Work closely with users to define, prepare, execute and document use cases, scenarios and test scripts to meet business requirements and validate the accuracy of the data.

    • Co-lead design sessions to identify gaps and opportunities.

    • Fulfill reports, templates and analysis to support corporate finance requirements at timely manner to support the company’s annual plan and quarterly forecast process.

    • Provide outstanding first tier end user support, including ongoing development and delivery of business training documentation.

    Qualifications:


    • Minimum of 8+ years’ experience supporting Financial Systems (ERP & EPM OLAP tools) SaaS applications which includes Host Analytics, Hyperion/Essbase, Salesforce, Oracle PBC, Tableau and other critical applications.

    • Minimum of 6+ years’ experience in project management methods and techniques and system development life cycles.

    • Knowledge and experience with GAAP, IFRS, and Financial reporting

    • Bachelor degree in MIS, MSIS, Finance or Accounting; MBA a plus but not required

    • Knowledge and experience with additional integration software such as Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, or MySQL.

    • Keen understanding of the systems development and project management life-cycle processes involved with implementing IT solutions.

    • Superior analytic skills, with a proven ability to synthesize data to develop meaningful insights

    • Expert in MS Excel is a must

    • Expert in MS Access is a strongly preferred

    • Possess the capacity to listen / consult / advise and provide solutions for a variety of stakeholders who may have concurrent or competing priorities.

    • Cross-functional team work, collaboration and strong oral and written communication skills; Comfort interfacing with senior leaders across business lines

    • Experience with Xactly, CallidusCloud or any comparable SPM is highly preferred but not required.

    • An interest in financial analysis and modeling a plus
