The Senior Product Manager for BHN APIs is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with technology, sales, marketing and the operational support teams to ensure revenue and client satisfaction goals are met. You will build API Services for all of Blackhawk Network from existing ideas, and help to develop new ideas based on your industry experience and your contact with customers and prospects to create a compelling product offering. You must possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy; a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision productized API Services a reality. You must enjoy spending time with the marketing and sales teams to understand the market opportunities and create innovative solutions that result in market differentiation and company growth (domestic and international).
You must be able to communicate with all functional areas of the company. You will work with the technology team to define product release requirements. You will work with marketing and sales to define the go-to-market strategy, helping them understand the product positioning, key benefits, and target customer. You will also serve as the internal and external evangelist for your product offering, occasionally working with sales and customers.
