    Overview:

    We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to join our team to assist with hiring the best talent for  Blackhawk Network.  In this role, you will partner with our  Recruiters to assist with hiring technical and non-technical professionals. You will be responsible for identifying and contacting both active and passive job candidates via online databases, social networks (LinkedIn, Google), internet searches and research. In addition, you will be responsible for cold calling passive candidates. This position will support both G & A and engineering positions throughout the US.

    Responsibilities:

    In this role, you will be responsible for the following:

    • Support the full life cycle of the recruiting process by ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
    • Perform extensive internet research, data mining, cold calling and other sourcing techniques to build candidate pipeline and profiles
    • Act as a search expert for various functional areas by understanding hiring needs, position specifications and search requirements.
    • Assist with identifying creative sourcing strategies to identify, screen and hire the best talent for Blackhawk
    • Partner and meet with hiring manager with Senior Manager of Recruitment / Senior Recruiters to analyze and understand position needs and duties as requested
    • Responsible for data integrity within ICIMS, our Applicant Tracking Systems; track all candidates through the hiring workflow
    • Post job requisitions in ICIMS, utilizing all internal and external avenues available
    • Review resumes, pre-screen, interview candidates, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers and/or Senior Manager of Recruitment/Senior Recruiters in a timely manner
    • Act as liaison between hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process
    • Interface with all levels of employees to build solid working relationships
    • Assist managers with pre-employment and onboarding process as requested
    • Perform other duties as assigned by your manager

    Qualifications:

     

    • Bachelor’s Degree, preferred
    • 1-2 years’ experience in sourcing/recruiting/HR experience
    • Must be internet savvy and have experience mining talent via LinkedIn, Indeed, and other social media/job board sites.
    • Experience with making cold calls a plus!
    • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ICIMS preferred)
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
    • Detail-oriented, consistent, organized, and analytical
    • MS Office suite skills
    • Ability to use good judgment and discretion to accomplish goals and initiatives
    • Goal-oriented with the ability to multi-task under pressure in a fast-paced work environment
    • Strong work ethic, integrity and possess a dedication to results
    • Ability to manage through change, and work independently
    • Self-motivated, positive and flexible outlook
