    Overview:

    Our Valencia team is hiring for a Planning and Logistics Coordinator to play an active role in contributing to a positive work environment, managing multiple projects, maintaining scheduling, and reporting for all project initiatives in Valencia, CA.

     

    The ideal candidate will be flexible, strong in communicating, highly driven, reporting and data analysis, as well as project coordination. The team moves incredibly fast and needs a team member that can work in a fast-paced environment, be solution and detail oriented and who is able to roll up their sleeves and get the work done.     Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with merchandising team and support them where needed for all projects while working cross-departmentally within Blackhawk.
    • Assist in managing reporting to ensure reporting compliance, timeliness, and accuracy for multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Be customer focused, articulate, and motivated.
    • Maintain various project trackers.

    Qualifications:

    • 2 or more years’ experience in a retail or merchandising.
    • Outstanding communication, organization, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills required.
    • Resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways.
    • Self-starter that is adept at managing through chaos to reach a goal.
    • Enjoys a fast-paced learning environment.
    • Analytical skills-detailed data-analysis and comprehensive follow-up needed.
    • Possess an understanding and ability to use additional Microsoft Office products, primarily Word, Excel, Outlook, Project, and PowerPoint. Microsoft Access knowledge a plus.
    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
