    We are looking for a Senior Financial Analsyt who will focus on cash flow reporting, equity and bonus accounting and consolidation. In this role, you will work on a cross functional level throughout the organization.  You will leverage your influence and negotiting skills to work with all individuals on various accounting and finance issues.  In addition, this is a highly visible role reporting directly to our Director of Technical Accounting. 
    To be successful in this role, you will be a seasoned accounting professional who is able to interact effectively at all levels in the organization, and possess the ability to influence, negotiate, and have successful working relationships with multiple cross functional teams. We are also looking for a self-starter who thrives and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, able to calmly and effectively manage multiple deliverables/priorities simultaneously as well as occasional high pressure situations. This position offers high exposure to senior leadership and the chance to drive work that makes a difference to the business. 


    • Independently prepare periodic consolidated statement of cash flows and maintain the model for anlayzing projection
    • Own equity  accounting and cash bonus plans. Prepare journal entries and be able to identify when a transaction or event triggers a different accounting treatment.
    • Prepare complex bonus calculations.
    • Assist in consolidation accounting; prepare elimination journal entries.
    • Prepare period-end balance sheet reconciliations.
    • Prepare statement of equity.
    • Coordinate with IT to automate CTA report to support quarterly close.
    • Work on ad-hoc reports, projects, and/or analysis


    • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting or Finance
    • 7+ years of accounting experience; Minimum of 3 years of experience in reporting and financial analysis.
    • Strong financial analysis experience especially forecasting, statement of cash flows, stock-based compensation accounting
    • Exceptional analytical expertise/skills; Skillful at reviewing data and translating complex assumptions/business requirements into financial models and what-if analyses
    • Strong understanding of GAAP, especially stock-based compensation accounting required.
    • Familiar with performing period close activities and balance sheet reconciliations with attention to detail
    • Able to effectively lead meetings and communicate with all business partners, regardless of level. Communicating clearly, concisely, with candor and confidence.
    • Excellent time management skills for coordination of multiple projects.
    • Public accounting experience preferred.
    • CPA preferred.
    • Advanced Excel skills.
    • Experience with Equity Edge a plus.
    • Experience with ERP system, Microsoft Dynamics a plus.
