    The Partner Account Manager I position is responsible for the day to day account management and support of digital and gaming gift card partner accounts. The AM will be responsible for building strong account relationships that lead to long term partnerships and increased card sales. The AM will work closely with accounts such as Microsoft Xbox, Sony PlayStation, Nintendo and Steam to build custom digital products.  The Partner Account Manager will be responsible for launching new code to content at our physical and online retail partners.  This person will work with game publishers, accounts and distribution partners.  This role is cross-functional and perfect for a self-motivating, dynamic individual with a positive, can-do attitude.


    • Day-to-Day management of an account portfolio consisting of partner accounts
    • Highly effective communicator between internal/external parties – this person will be responsible for navigating BHN through Publisher, Content Provider, and direct liaise with Distribution Partner buyers.
    • End to end responsibility to deliver required content on time.
    • Must be highly organized to manage tight and aggressive timelines. Will develop project tracking documents and report out delivery timelines to all business stakeholders. 
    • Must know how to expedite and act quickly as Code to Content /Reservation project timelines are much tighter than standard gift cards.
    • Responsible to managing expectations with publishers and distribution partners. Ability to set expectations, push back on demanding accounts to create a streamlined launch plan
    • Analyzing portfolio on an ongoing basis to ensure all products are properly executed
    • Facilitate card inventory management and card inventory production processes
    • Work with accounts to develop new products and planograms as applicable
    • Secure participation from accounts for marketing promotional efforts
    • Create, manage and present sales, program tracking and results reports
    • Timely and strategic follow through on all account requests
    • Be capable of learning new product lines and selling and implementing those lines on an ongoing basis.
    • Schedule regular client calls, lead call and maintain call notes
    • Some travel is required.


    • 3-5 years of experience working in a business environment
    • Strong project management and logistic skills with the proven ability to implement programs on time, in spec and on budget.
    • Highly effective communicator between internal/external parties – this person will be responsible for navigating BHN through Publisher, Content Provider, and direct liaise with Distribution Partner buyers.
    • Excellent ability to prioritize and manage numerous projects on tight deadlines with limited direction.
    • Ability to build, maintain and grow strong relationships through email and phone communication
    • Strong verbal and written communication as well as analytical and presentation skills
    • Comfort and ability to drive internal technical development / external POS development with IT teams to support product launches
    • Ability to think strategically, formulate action plans, and sell them through to management.
    • High degree of initiative and keen sense of urgency.
    • Advanced or proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
    • Avid gamer is a plus
