    Responsibilities:

    • Gain clear understanding of customers’ business and requirements
    • Leverage company resources to win new business
    • Maintain regular contact with customers to answer questions and guide customers through product choices and options
    • Travel to customer and prospect facilities as needed
    • Act as primary contact for all Blackhawk customers needing Cards, Packaging and Fulfillment Services
    • Provide reports of sales pipeline activities

    Qualifications:

    • College degree preferred
    • 3 years minimum Card Industry experience
    • Ability to work independently with a high degree of integrity
    • Excellent presentation and negotiating skills; team player and strong leader
    • Strong decision-making abilities
    • Provide value to customers by applying market knowledge relative to competition, pricing and solutions available
    • Entrepreneurial, energetic, passionate, self-driven to meet goals
    • Strong customer service, communication and problem-solving skills
    • Detail oriented with excellent follow through
    • Candidate must possess and subscribe to high work and business ethics and be self-motivated
