    Spafinder.com, a division of Blackhawk Network, is seeking a dynamic high performing Account Executive with experience selling to local and national brands over the phone, by email, and via web-based presentations. You will be responsible for hunting and closing new business, managing a client book and proactively reaching out to ensure client satisfaction/retention. The ideal candidate has a history of bringing on new business and hitting sales quotas, and loves the challenges that come with outbound prospecting in a competitive market and the ability to think outside the box.
    This is a full-time remote position and employee can be located anywhere within the United States. Occasional travel is necessary.


    • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales goals.
    • Maintain and build client relationships through new and existing revenue streams.
    • Anticipate clients’ needs and match them with appropriate products and services.
    • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients.
    • Create effective sales decks and present to clients via in-person meetings, video conferences, webinars, email and phone calls.
    • Prospect for new clients and develop avenues for adding new leads weekly.
    • Analyze client data to provide relationship management and ensure best performance.
    • Collaborate with sales, marketing, customer service, finance and tech teams to confirm all client needs are met.
    • Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming to customer contentment and the preservation of the company’s reputation
    • Travel to trade shows and client meetings as needed.


    • 3+ years of sales and account management experience.
    • Excellent writing and presentation skills.
    • Able to multi-task and manage time efficiently.
    • Advanced problem resolution skills.
    • Able to work independently and within a team.
    • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
    • Detail-oriented and able to work quickly and accurately.
    • Can take initiative, offer new ideas, monitor competition and describe market trends.
    • Is metrics-oriented and numbers driven.
    • Is proficient with computers and mobile devices as well as with general business applications.
    • Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
    • Experience in the spa or hospitality industry is a plus.
    • Experience in digital advertising is a plus.
    • BA/BS Degree preferred or equivalent experience
