    Overview:

    We are looking for a strategic and organized Marketing Program Manager to develop marketing programs for our Card Partners and Retailers. Responsible for promotional activity, brand awareness and product launches while maintaining budgets and P&L goals.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide marketing support to Business Development and Distribution Sales teams such as creating sales materials, presentations, drive marketing brainstorming and planning discussions, develop and maintain Card and Distribution partner marketing calendars and consulting on specific partner programs.
    • Maintain strong communication with internal and external clients with a focus on customer service and conflict resolution.
    • Identify and leverage marketing opportunities within new distribution partners to drive sales.
    • Develop and execute marketing programs for Card and Distribution Partners.
    • Financial Planning and budget management.
    • Negotiate and work with third parties on pricing and program execution.
    • Forecast and analyze marketing programs and develop overviews of executed marketing program outlining successes and failures.
    • Perform other duties as assigned by the Sr. Marketing Manager, Director or VP.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications and/or business administration.
    • 3-5 year’s experience in promotional and brand marketing.
    • 2-4 year’s experience working with clients, sales and account management.
    • Previous experience working with telecom carriers is a plus.
    • Financial and/or accounting experience not required but recommended.
    • Creative, resourceful and solutions-oriented.
    • Strong analytical skills.
    • Ability to work in an entrepreneurial atmosphere; must excel under pressure and with minimal supervision.
    • Demonstrated willingness to work as a member of a team and interface appropriately and effectively to accomplish departmental goals and objectives.
    • Must be detail oriented, and possess strong organization and time management skills.
    • Strong customer service skills with a client-focused orientation.
    • High degree of initiative and keen sense of urgency.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Computer literate with excellent skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet savvy; Background in graphics and design a plus.
