    Blackhawk Network is seeking an Associate Product Manager to join our fast-growing digital division.  You will be part of our product strategy team in Lewisville, TX.  Working with various internal and external stakeholders, you will assist in driving revenue and profit growth for our ecommerce websites.


    • Develop an SME-level understanding of our prepaid card products and overarching business goals.
    • Elicit, evaluate, and recommend product requirements for our eCommerce platform, related administrative systems, and marketing websites.
    • Collaborate with technical product management, corporate sales, engineering, clients and other stakeholders as needed.
    • Influence operational process and policy issues in customer service, production, merchant partners, programs implementation, finance and legal to manage ecommerce performance.
    • Perform high-level UAT for our ecommerce websites pre and post releases.
    • Monitor and analyze weekly and monthly reporting to identify trends in sales performance, risk performance, website performance and more.
    • Backup for Online Merchandising Specialist
    • As needed, perform other duties including supporting digital merchandisers to maintain product selection and content on multiple ecommerce websites.


    • Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
    • 2-3 years of experience as a product manager or similar experience.
    • eCommerce experience a big plus.
    • Solid technical knowledge and ability to effectively communicate with engineering.
    • Experience in user interface design a big plus.
    • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • A passion for elegant solutions and high attention to detail.
    • Highly self-directed and motivated.
    • Effective oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
    • Well-organized. Ability to balance multiple projects and prioritize time.
    • Team player. Willing to do what is needed to help the team succeed and grow.
