    As an Online Merchandising Specialist you will have a key role in the development of e-commerce sales, site merchandising and marketing initiatives. This role is responsible for working on the e-commerce site experience, merchandising, and review & placement of customer-facing content.


    • Ensure all new SKUs go live on time, and discontinued SKUs are removed from the sites
    • Update product information in multiple systems to ensure accurate displays on the website
    • Manage on-site search experience, including prioritizing products based on profitability and search tags associated with products
    • Help create category and collection pages to support initiatives as needed
    • Refresh website pages for promotions and holiday-themed events as needed
    • Provide basic user acceptance testing periodically as needed and coordinate findings to the product management team
    • Support SEO initiatives through site & products updates as planned by the SEO Manager
    • Ad hoc projects as needed


    • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience in Business or Marketing.
    • 1+ years preferred experience in e-commerce, digital marketing channels, e-commerce site merchandising.
    • Experience managing content for websites and HTML development preferred.
    • Strong written and interpersonal communication skills.
    • Highly self-directed and motivated.
    • Well-organized. Ability to balance multiple projects and prioritize time.
    • Team player. Willing to do what is needed to help the team succeed and grow.
    • Ability to travel 10% of time.
