    Overview:

    Blackhawk Network has an opening for a Partner Support Associate, supporting internal stakeholders who are managing partnerships with national retail accounts. The Partner Support Associate role is cross-functional and perfect for a dynamic individual with a positive, can-do attitude.

    Responsibilities:

    • Supports Blackhawk on a day to day basis with general account service, marketing programs, merchandising programs, problem solving, administrative duties.
    • Background in project management and client services
    • Ability to perform job functions with little direct supervision
    • Strong verbal and written communication as well as analytical and presentation skills
    • Ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously
    • Innovative and entrepreneurial attitude with the ability to solve problems in an evolving business environment
    • Intermediate in Word, Excel, PowerPoint

    Qualifications:

    • Day-to-Day manage of an account portfolio consisting of national, regional or local partner accounts
    • Responsible for up-sell to accounts for participation in key Blackhawk Network initiatives
    • Facilitate card inventory management and card inventory production processes
    • Present opportunities and secure approval for expanded distribution throughout the Blackhawk Network
    • Work with accounts to develop new products as applicable
    • Understanding of basic accounting principles
    • Create, manage and running reports
    • Timely and strategic follow through on all account requests
    • Handle billing, inventory issues and provide desired resolutions
