    We are looking for a Senior Manager to lead and join our Product Development team in Lewisville. In this role, you will facilitate the creation and execution of the overall Rewards product strategy.  This includes responsibility for product, application, and market strategy (both short and long term) for a robust reward product portfolio, inclusive of multiple brand card products and associated features, payment technologies and supplemental reward partnerships.  You will also manage the Product Management functions and team, optimize overall and individual product performance and provides a long-term sustainable competitive advantage in the marketplace.


    Product Management, Planning & Development

    • Leads annual product planning process to maximize capabilities and strengthen competitive advantage, develop multiple brand positioning and strategy and expand products and enhancements.
    • Identifies and prioritizes stated objectives inclusive of validating and execution of new products, enhancements, positioning and modifications to business rules, pricing or operational processes/policies in support of short and long term product performance
    • Responsible for overall reward product positioning, branding and strategy. Monitors and communicates to senior management product positioning and performance, implementation and execution status. 
    • Defines and manages product management and branding standards, operating procedures and policies. Ensure consistency and quality in product positioning, messaging, packaging, manufacturing and distribution. 
    • Manage value chain partner relationships at appropriate level including network brand associations, issuers and strategic partners.

    Team/People Management

    • Responsible for all aspects of team management, including coaching for success and providing leadership to direct reports in achieving optimal delivery against objectives.
    • Build relationships across business lines to develop level of influence and partnership with business owners and key stakeholders and gain understanding of strategy and relevant actions.
    • Build highly collaborative product management team that coordinates across specialized disciplines to support the business and ensure best-in-market product capabilities

    Product analysis & Competitive positioning

    • Analyzes research data, surveys and sales data coupled with competitive analysis to make strategic and tactical recommendations, which maximize product positioning, development and performance.
    • Secures internal and external feedback from product team, Hawk Incentives team members, B2B customers, key partners and external resources including clients.
    • Collaborates and forms key relationships with other senior leaders and with external partners / alliances to help keep the company abreast of emerging trends, brands, features and enhancements for potential use.
    • Monitors sales activity and marketplace trends to identify, validates and makes effective product and plan modifications.
    • Accountable for product-level profitability and key stakeholder in financial modeling of reward products.

    • Bachelor’s Degree required; Masters degree or equivalent relevant experience preferred or equivalent experience.
    • Minimum seven (7) years product management experience (B2B preferred)
    • Three (3) years management experience
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Demonstrated planning, budgeting and analytical skills
    • Strong project & process management skills
    • Ability to interact with all levels of management, co-workers and clients
    • Excellent presentation skills
    • Proficient with MS Office
    • Ability to travel 25% of the time.
