    Primarily responsible for talking calls, inputting data and is fluent in French.


    • Takes in bound calls
    • Returns voicemails
    • Inputs data into system
    • Opens mail
    • Reviews faxes
    • Works with card processors
    • Tasks as needed to support office


    • Exceptional written and oral communications skills.
    • Fluent in French (understanding dialect of Canada).
    • Must possess strong interpersonal and motivational skills, the ability to work independently without supervision, and the ability to work well under pressure.
    • Extremely high standards and attention to detail, well organized and able to multi-task. High level of personal initiative, action and results oriented.
    • Strong working knowledge with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word and Excel.
