Spafinder, a division of Blackhawk Network, is seeking a talented, detail-oriented Marketer who understands how to build our total Addressable Audience Database by developing engagement products and programs. Candidates should be able to chart out and implement plans that generate a lifetime value model for user acquisition as well as a roadmap for a Rewards/Loyalty program. The candidate is also able to maintain and manage healthy email lists and campaigns as well as viral social campaigns that connect users with Blackhawk Network brands.


This is a full-time position located in our Miami office.


  • Developing plans for loyalty marketing initiatives, engagement strategies that encourage return usage and trigger-based activations
  • Day to day copy creation and curation that encourages time on site and/or viral behaviors.
  • Writing and editing product and promotional copy for various email formats.
  • Geo- and interest-targeted messaging campaign creation
  • Collaborating with designers to merchandise products, showcase offers and ensuring materials are consistent with brand.
  • Uploading and scheduling email content, testing email blasts, proofing email and verifying links.
  • Reviewing and analyzing campaign/program results and developing plans to improve and optimize Addressable Audience growth and conversions.
  • Creating reports and presentations for management to develop and refine plans and roadmaps.
  • Establishing attainable goals for list growth and digital revenue in collaboration with management.


  • Social marketing strategies and experience working with agencies to generate Marketing Return On Investment.
  • At least three years experience in a similar role with an agency or in-house digital marketing team.
  • Knowledge of and experience with online retailing and ecommerce.
  • Is able to work independently and within a team.
  • Is attentive to detail and has ability to work quickly and accurately.
  • Can take initiative, offer new ideas, monitor competition and describe market trends.
  • Is metrics-oriented and numbers driven. Possesses the ability to create and iterate campaigns based on data.
  • Has experience using ESPs such as Send Grid, Silverpop, Mailchimp, Constant Contact, CheetahMail or Epsilon.
  • Is proficient with computers and mobile devices as well as with general business applications.
