We are looking for a Director of Sales Operations to join our dynamic and growing Incentives division. In this role, you will be responsible for improving on sales effectiveness by enabling our Sales team to improve their close ratio at every phase of the sales process. In addition, you will be in charge of recommending process improvements so that the sales team can leverage and optimize their time on core sales activities and reduce administrative tasks on the reps. You will utilize Salesforce to manage initiatives and sales reporting for our organization.
