This person will be responsible for managing strategic relationships with regional and national partners Main responsibilities include assisting in the implementation and onboarding of new partnerships as well as managing relationships with existing partners. Primary objective is grow the individual content partner portfolio



  • Lead onboarding objectives for new partnerships and act as liaison between external partners and internal support groups
  • Ensure timely gift card product launches within targeted brick and mortar retail and digital platforms
  • Scrutinize sales forecasts and manage card production, comprising of new product print jobs and on-hand quantities for physical and digital inventory
  • Maximize portfolio growth through marketing, promotions, and expansion opportunities
  • Track progress and make strategic decisions on product distribution, including new product setup, product swaps, fulfilment, and product discontinuations
  • Coordinate with customer service, settlement and appropriate IT contacts to resolve escalated issues related to managed accounts



  • 2+ years account management experience, preferably in an eCommerce and retail setting
  • Ability to build trust with clients and effectively manage business relationship
  • Ability to review current processes and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Oversee technical implementation of various programs
  • Comfortable with complex and intangible product concepts that are not yet fully vetted
  • Excellent interpersonal, time management, and multi-tasking skills
  • Solid ability to prioritize and manage numerous projects on tight deadlines
  • Strategic-thinker who formulates action plans and can   sell them through to management
  • Strong presentation skills with ability to communicate effectively with business contacts, peers, and senior management


Experience Preferred

  • 4 year college degree
  • Ability to travel approximately 5% of the time
