We are looking for a stellar Product Manager to join our Incentives team in Lewisville, Texas. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing product performance which is measured by sales, profitability, targeted client segmentation, customer satisfaction and quality.
You will be in charge of implementing our product strategy for Blackhawk Network’s B2B network branded business – incentives, rebates and employee recognition. You will have an opportunity to leverage your deep interpersonal skills and interact with all levels throughout Blackhawk; Sales, marketing, account management, service providers, and external partners.
You will be in charge of the communication on market trends as well as product performance which include the identification of performance issues and making recommendations for product improvement. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying and managing operational policies and processes that impact our product performance. You will also support product sales through effective deployment, product presentations and implementation support.
In this role, you will be responsible for the following:
You will act as the SME on product features/functionality, network and bank requirements/regulations, etc. In addition, you will leverage interactions with internal Blackhawk work teams, networks, select partners, banks and preferred service providers. You will also implement tactical actions to maximize impact on product performance. You will provide recommendations of products & service to support the demands and assist clients and sales channels in achieving objectives.
In addition, you will support sales & account management teams on implementation of client programs at product level. You will ensure appropriate product attributes and application to business need. You will also enforce processes, brand consistency, and product standardization. You will support branding and legal reviews for client materials and coordination of review process involving applicable departments in accordance with defined timelines. You will manage compliance process and procedures to ensure Client Due Diligence (CDD) and Payment Card Industry (PCI) data collection and data handling procedures are followed.
You will also manage product positioning and operational consistency of product, based on defined and on-going modifications of product attributes and features, value proposition and key product messaging. Influences operational process and policy issues in customer service, production, merchant partners, programs implementation, finance and legal to manage product performance. You will also lead and manage corporate initiatives as assigned.
