This role provides leadership in terms of strategic, forward-thinking financial support, controls, decision support, and the operational know-how to help Hawk Incentives (a division of Blackhawk Network) achieve its business performance targets.
This role will define the business performance standards and metrics, and create/drive internal financial processes and systems to be simple, predictive and accessible. He/she will ensure appropriate due diligence is applied to business decisions, maintaining the integrity of reported information, synthesizing that information into a strategic asset, and forecasting with a high level of predictability. He/she will need to be comfortable operating in an environment where perfect data is not available and assumptions are required to estimate short-term P&L implications as well as build long-term financial projections. Additionally, the finance leader will need to attract, develop and retain talent within the organization.
