- Takes inbound calls.
- Returns voice mails.
- Inputs data into system.
- Opens mail.
- Reviews faxes.
- Tasks as needed to support Office.
- 1 - 2 years call center experience preferred
- Exceptional written and oral communications skills.
- Must possess strong interpersonal and motivational skills, the ability to work independently without supervision, and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Extremely high standards and attention to detail, well organized and able to multi-task. High level of personal initiative, action and results oriented.
- Strong working knowledge with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Ability to type 50+ wpm
