Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our Employee Success team in Toronto!    We are passionate about our people and dedicated to our culture.   We are looking for a Recruiter who can promote our brand and help attract and hire top talent.  You’ll be responsible for managing and supporting the entire recruitment process for technical and non-technical roles across the organization. 

  • Manage full cycle recruiting process for candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
  • Drive the entire recruiting process from start to finish: source, qualify, coordinate interviews, feedback, and consult candidates and managers
  • Identify potential candidates through web sourcing, networking, leveraging employee referrals, candidate referrals and other creative ways to fill the candidate pipeline
  • Develop strong relationships with hiring managers, Human Resources, and key internal stakeholders to develop innovative hiring plans that meet staffing needs
  • Understand competitive landscape and implement changes to increase effectiveness of recruitment efforts and branding strategies
  • Responsible for the ATS and internal/external job postings
  • Maintain data reports and performance metrics on a regular basis and recommend strategies to acquire high-quality candidates under tight deadlines

Qualifications:

  • Have 5+ years of recruiting experience preferably in both an agency and corporate environment
  • Experience in recruiting active and passive candidates through various methods: networking, internet, networking communities, website, referrals, university relations, and other creative methods
  • Experience partnering with senior level managers and interviewers to gain an in-depth understanding of the position, personality and culture sought
  • Strong business acumen and exceptional interviewing skills including culture fit screening
  • Ability to work in a team environment and to prioritize multiple tasks and manage work load efficiently with a high sense of urgency
  • Detail-oriented problem solver with a passion to contribute to the organization's reputation and success
  • Energetic and outgoing personality
  • Excellent organizational and communication (written & verbal) skills
  • BA/BS degree preferred
  • Must have a sense of humor
