We are seeking a Product Compliance Consultant to support Product, Engineering, Legal, Risk, and business stakeholders in building and maintaining compliant-by-design products in a fast-moving payments environment. This role is part of the Legal & Compliance organization and is responsible for conducting analysis, providing day-to-day compliance guidance, and helping teams operationalize regulatory requirements within the product lifecycle.
The ideal candidate brings payments compliance experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical business and product considerations. This person works collaboratively across functions, escalates issues appropriately, and helps support scalable compliance processes and controls.
Your mission is to support BHN’s product and technology teams by helping embed compliance considerations into the product lifecycle, identifying regulatory impacts, and assisting with controls, monitoring, and reporting that enable responsible innovation and confident product launches.

Salary Range for all U.S. Residents (excluding Alaska, California, North Dakota, South Dakota): $101,470.00 to $137,000.00
Salary Range for California Residents Only: $129,250.00 to $174,500.00
