BHN's Legal Department has an opening for a Corporate Governance Sr. Manager who will report to the Vice President, Legal.
This position is primarily focused on global corporate organization and governance and periodic support for mergers and acquisitions. The successful candidate will (i) oversee domestic corporate formation and maintenance, including managing a database of corporate information, both domestic and international; (ii) provide support for international corporate maintenance in over 20 countries; (iii) manage diligence in connection with acquisitions, mergers, and financings; and (iv) engage in a variety of corporate-related activities. The position is a balance of short-term tasks and mid-term projects, including process design and refinement. Attorney candidates will not be considered.
The position requires an independent, flexible candidate, who can anticipate needs, work under pressure and handle highly confidential information with discretion. Initiative, organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail are critical. The successful candidate will have the ability to work with - and sometimes drive - cross-functional teams. Salary Range for all U.S. Residents (excluding Alaska, California, North Dakota, South Dakota): $101,470.00 to $137,000.00
Salary Range for California Residents Only: $129,250.00 to $174,500.00
