We're seeking an exceptional Principal Product Manager to lead product strategy, roadmap development, and go-to-market execution for this high-impact initiative. You'll set the vision and strategy for our payment platform, overseeing the complete lifecycle from ideation through launch and optimization. This means owning everything: transaction processing, fraud prevention, API architecture, digital wallets, and the infrastructure that powers millions of payouts. You'll drive both growth and profitability, leading cross-functional teams across engineering, marketing, and risk while ensuring regulatory compliance and partnering with banks, fintechs, and payment networks to innovate in high-growth areas like B2B payments, cross-border transactions, and fleet payments.
Your work will directly impact how millions of people receive money—gig workers getting paid, customers receiving refunds, employees earning bonuses, creators getting compensated. Salary Range for California Residents Only: $170,360.00 to $230,000.00
