Sr. Treasury Analyst

This position may be performed remotely anywhere within the United States except for the State of Alaska, North Dakota, or South Dakota. Employees located within 50 miles of a BHN office will be considered a "Hybrid" employee and are required to come into the office 2 days per week based on office schedule.

We are looking for a Senior Treasury Analyst who will be responsible for domestic and global cash management, investments, banking and operations. In this role, you will monitor daily cash balances and payments for the company to ensure smooth and accurate cash flow and reporting, leveraging AI-powered analytics and automation tools. In addition, you will have the opportunity to interact with department heads to gather information to help forecast for future cash needs using advanced predictive models. You will also be expected to manage and improve the daily processes regarding funding our operations through process automation and digital transformation initiatives. • Support Treasurer with all Treasury related functions as needed.
• Perform daily cash positioning, account balance reconciliation and cash flow forecasting for domestic and global entities using AI-enhanced forecasting tools and predictive analytics.
• Leverage machine learning models to improve accuracy of cash forecasting and identify trends in payment patterns.
• Assist in preparing materials for Board Meetings and Lender updates.
• Maintain and prepare monthly interest expense forecasts with scenario analysis.
• Global bank accounts management including opening, closing, maintaining signatory lists and FBAR process.
• Perform Treasury related back-office activities such as initiate wire transfers and support affiliates' funding needs through automated payment platforms.
• Manage debt portfolio to ensure compliance with all key covenants and obligations.
• Update bank account changes within Treasury Management System, including troubleshooting any issues that may arise and optimizing system integrations.
• Assist with quarterly and year-end audit schedules for internal/external audit and SOX compliance.
• Help implement best practices and drive process improvement through digital transformation and AI adoption.
• Manage ad-hoc Treasury projects as needed.

• Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field; CTP is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience in corporate finance/Treasury; Preference for candidates who have experience with cash positioning/forecasting, especially experience assisting with creation of cash models or reports.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word (Microsoft 365).
• Experience with AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or other generative AI platforms for financial analysis and reporting.
• Knowledge of Treasury Management Systems (Kyriba preferred).
• Familiarity with data analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) and Python/SQL is a plus.
• Possess strong quantitative and analytical skills with an aptitude for data-driven decision making.
• Strong work ethics, team player, ability to work independently.
• Resourceful, creative problem solver with a "can-do" attitude and willingness to embrace new technologies.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to drive results in a fast-paced/deadline-oriented environment while managing digital transformation initiatives.
• Adaptability and continuous learning mindset to keep pace with evolving AI and fintech landscape.

Salary Range for all U.S. Residents (excluding Alaska, California, North Dakota, South Dakota): $82,960.00 to $112,000.00

Salary Range for California Residents Only: $106,660.00 to $144,000.00
