We are looking for an experienced manager to join our dynamic HR team as Manager, HR Operations and Compliance. This managerial role will oversee our Global HR Operations team who are responsible for our processes and procedures ensuring system alignment and data integrity, ensure processes and procedures are compliance with Federal and State laws, create and maintain company policies; in addition to being hands on managing our U.S. Immigration cases. This is a collaborative role working cross functionally with our Legal counterparts, Management, and our HR colleagues across the globe to ensure our processes, procedures, and policies are aligned and compliant.
This is a hybrid role reporting into the Coppell, TX office twice a week on Wednesday’s and Thursday’s.
Salary Range $82,000 - $115,000 annual base salary
