This position may be performed remotely anywhere within the United States except for the State of Alaska, North Dakota, or South Dakota. Employees located within 50 miles of a BHN office will be considered a "Hybrid" employee and are required to come into the office 2 days per week based on office schedule.
We’re hiring a Product Marketing Manager II focused on analytics and performance to help us understand how our products perform after launch. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales, and the broader Product Marketing team to evaluate product success, analyze adoption trends, and provide insights that shape how we optimize, message, and support our offerings long term.
You will not own go-to-market launches, but instead play a critical role in measuring and interpreting product performance up to one Year post launch, ensuring we continuously improve how we position and evolve products based on real-world usage and customer behavior.
This position is initially part-time 25 hours/week (flexible hours) with potential to increase into full-time in 2026.
Analyze product performance post-launch, focusing on metrics like adoption, engagement, retention, and usage across both B2B and B2C products
Partner with Product to identify growth levers and potential enhancements based on customer behavior and market feedback
Work with Sales and Customer teams to understand how product features are being used (or not used) in real-world scenarios
Provide insights to Product Marketing Managers to help refine positioning, messaging, and customer segmentation strategies
Identify underperforming segments, features, or personas and recommend opportunities to optimize value delivery
Collaborate with Marketing to evaluate how content and education initiatives are supporting long-term product success
Lead ongoing product performance reviews and executive-level dashboards
Salary Range for all U.S. Residents (excluding Alaska, California, North Dakota, South Dakota): $51,037.50 to $68,000.00
Salary Range for California Residents Only: $63,537.50 to $68,000.00
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary.
