Overview:

The Blackhawk Network Compliance Department seeks a full-time Regulatory Compliance Analyst. This position will be based in Coppell, TX. The ideal candidate will be exceptionally organized, resourceful and detail-oriented, and will be primarily responsible for supporting client audits and incoming due diligence.  

Responsibilities:

  • Manage client requests and assessments; while ensuring that all responses are complete, accurate, and within deadlines.
  • Manage banks requirements, performing quality assurance.
  • Produce responses and, as needed, work with other business unit/ functional subject matter experts (SMEs) on responses.
  • Design, implement, and maintain a library with policies, procedures, and most requested data points for audits, RFPs, and assessments.
  • Support bank audits, as needed.
  • Lead or participate in other projects as assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

  • Detail oriented; strong organizational and project management solving skills.
  • Skilled in managing priorities and working under pressure.
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external clients.
  • Ability to take initiative and to work with minimum supervision.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Relevant experience in financial services, regulatory compliance programs, audit preferred.
  • +2 years of experience as a Project Manager or related experience in project planning and coordination.
