This position may be performed remotely anywhere within the United States except for the State of Alaska, North Dakota, or South Dakota. Employees located within 50 miles of a BHN office will be considered a "Hybrid" employee and are required to come into the office 2 days per week based on office schedule. 

Overview:

This position in Advertising and Promotions Marketing Team develops and drives sales of gift cards and egift throughout our Retail distribution partners which consist of brick & mortar and ecommerce networks. This person would be responsible for supporting our ecommerce platforms (owned and white label) driving marketing strategy, optimization, and tracking metrics.    The role would also partner to support in campaign development and strategy, project management, and implementation and pre/post project assessment with brick & mortar retailers and Content Partners.  Key candidate is detailed and solution focused in looking to drive sales and create promotional activities that engage Distribution and Card Partner customers alike. This position reports to the Director.

Responsibilities:

  • Support eCommerce team in development and execution of marketing campaigns to drive online sales as well as provide recommendations on how to drive website traffic and conversions-based results.   
  • Partner with manager to maintain and create synergies between online and retail (in-store) programs when applicable to ensure success of promotional campaigns.
  • Provide marketing support to Director, Sales and Account Management with creating sales materials, presentations, develop and maintain Card and Distribution partner marketing calendars and consulting on specific retail partner programs.
  • Partner with internal and external clients with a focus on customer service and conflict resolution.
  • Forecast and analyze marketing programs and develop overviews of executed marketing program outlining successes and failures.
  •  Maintain and manage budgets and accounting for marketing programs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Sr. Marketing Manager, Director or VP.

Qualifications:

  • BA in marketing, business, or a related field + 2+ yrs experience or equivalent relevant experience
  • Prepaid product, incentives, and payments market knowledge a plus
  • Creative, resourceful, and solutions-oriented
  • Ability to work in an entrepreneurial atmosphere; must excel under pressure.
  • Demonstrated willingness to work as a member of a team and interface appropriately and effectively to accomplish departmental goals and objectives.
  • Must be detail oriented and possess strong organization and time management skills.
  • Strong customer service skills with a client-focused orientation.
  • High degree of initiative and keen sense of urgency; Analytical skills needed.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Computer literate with excellent skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet savvy; Background in graphics and design a plus.

Benefits:

Salary Range for all U.S. Residents (excluding Alaska, California, North Dakota, South Dakota): $70,760.00 to $92,000.00
Salary Range for California Residents Only: $57,530.00 to $74,800.00
