Overview:

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Marketing Program Manager to lead our Enterprise B2B marketing efforts. This role is ideal for a seasoned marketing professional with a strong understanding of B2B go-to-market strategies, particularly with background in fintech, prepaid products, digital incentives, or loyalty and rewards programs. The ideal candidate will own the planning and execution of marketing programs that generate demand, enhance brand awareness, and drive growth within enterprise-level accounts, including corporate clients, channel partners, and payment solution providers. You will work cross-functionally with sales, and product to position our solutions in a highly competitive market.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Planning:
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy tailored to enterprise clients in the gift card, incentives, and payments space.
    • Define positioning, messaging, and value propositions for key buyer personas.
    • Align marketing strategies with revenue goals and enterprise sales targets.
  • Campaign Development & Execution:
    • Create and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, ABM, paid media, webinars, events) to generate qualified leads and nurture existing relationships.
    • Develop high-impact content including case studies, sales collateral, whitepapers, industry reports, and thought leadership materials.
  • Sales Enablement:
    • Collaborate closely with the enterprise sales team to create enablement tools, pitch decks, and battle cards that enhance engagement and shorten sales cycles.
    • Train and support sales reps with relevant messaging and competitive positioning.
  • Partnership & Channel Marketing:
    • Develop co-marketing programs with strategic partners, resellers, or fintech platforms.
    • Lead joint marketing initiatives and events to drive partner-sourced pipeline.
  • Analytics & Optimization:
    • Track and analyze marketing performance, conversion metrics, and ROI to refine strategy and tactics.
    • Present insights and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Industry Leadership & Brand Positioning:
    • Represent the brand at industry conferences, trade shows, and webinars.
    • Stay up to date with trends in fintech, rewards & loyalty, corporate incentives, and digital payments.

Qualifications:

  • Education & Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
    • 8+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or strategic role.
    • Experience in the gift card, prepaid, payments, or incentives/rewards industry is highly preferred.
  • Skills & Competencies:
    • Strong understanding of B2B buyer journeys, enterprise sales cycles, and value-based messaging.
    • Proven track record of developing campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue.
    • Exceptional communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
    • Experience with marketing automation, CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce), and analytics tools.
    • Collaborative, self-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
    • Ability to manage agencies, vendors, and cross-functional teams.

Benefits:

Salary Range: $99,130.00 - $125,000.00
