This position may be performed remotely anywhere within the United States except for the State of Alaska, North Dakota, or South Dakota. Employees located within 50 miles of a BHN office will be considered a "Hybrid" employee and are required to come into the office 2 days per week based on office schedule.

Overview:

As part of Blackhawk Network’s Merchandising team, you will work in a fast-paced, highly charged environment managing in-store execution initiatives to meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and drive sales growth.  Create and summarize data capture metrics to measure continuity and project deliverables.  Develop positive relationships with external Clients and internal workforce to drive retail execution.

 

Responsible for the coordination, maintenance, and reporting of the merchandising execution initiatives for each assigned partner.

 

Position will report to Director, Partner Merchandising

Responsibilities:

  • Manage in-store execution initiatives in assigned Distribution Partner and Content Provider
  • Establish strong, professional relationships with internal partners plus distribution Partners and Content Providers
  • Work cross-functionally within Blackhawk Network to manage all initiative deliverables and deadlines
  • Manage in-store merchandising continuity, marketing programs, and program initiative projects
  • Manage  Key Performance Indicator (KPI) objectives while maintaining or exceeding KPI minimums
  • Partner with internal and external teams to develop project plans and execution timelines
  • Substantial reporting and analysis of in-store execution results published to internal  and external partners
  • Create  and manage data capture metrics to measure program action items
  • Establish  in-store execution “Best Practices” for each Distribution Partner and overall business
  • Execute initiatives at or below assigned budget
  • Provide suggestions and feedback to improve retail execution effectiveness and execution improvement
  • Visit store locations to monitor retail execution and store conditions
  • Overnight travel required:  1-2%

 

Qualifications:

  • 4 year college degree or equivalent work experience preferred
  • 4+ years of retail/merchandising/project management experience
  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Strong analytic skills
  • Strong leadership and motivation skills
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
  • Persuasive presentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively with multiple internal and external business units
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite; advanced Excel skills required

 

Benefits:

Salary Range for all U.S. Residents (excluding Alaska, California, North Dakota, South Dakota): $54,820.00 to $80,000

Salary Range for California Residents Only: $68,530.00 to $89,000.00
