The Blackhawk Network Compliance Department seeks a full-time Regulatory Compliance Analyst. We’re looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial crime prevention risk assessment programs and have an analytical mindset. This position will be based at the local Blackhawk Network location and be part of the Blackhawk Network Compliance Team.
This role will directly support the Incentives Oversight team and focus on performing customer risk rating assessments and ongoing reviews. The individual will also take on various customer risk-related projects, which may include helping to build out or maintain departmental documentation and processes. A key part of the role involves conducting presentations to stakeholders on project statuses or existing controls, strengthening business partner relationships, and reviewing referrals submitted by business or compliance / risk team partners that highlight unusual or irregular customer behavior. You will be using your knowledge of the business and potential financial risks to work with business partners and clients on actioning appropriate next steps. This position requires someone who can think critically and creatively, identify solutions, and resolve issues effectively, all while maintaining strong and collaborative relationships across the business. The ideal candidate will be exceptionally organized, resourceful, and detail oriented.
