Overview:

We're looking for a data-driven Senior Product Manager to grow a suite of new B2C products from 0 to 1. Reporting to the VP of Product, you'll own the entire growth funnel—from acquisition to revenue expansion—and build the experimentation engine that will define our next phase of growth.

This isn't a traditional PM role. You'll move fast, test boldly, and let data guide every decision. If you get energized by driving measuable improvements in key metrics and believe the best products sell themselves, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

Drive Measurable Growth

  • Own and optimize our key growth metrics:
  • Build and lead a high-velocity experimentation program, running multiple tests weekly
  • Identify and eliminate friction across the entire customer journey
  • Partner with data science to build predictive models for churn and expansion opportunities

Lead Through Influence

  • Collaborate with a dedicated growth squad of engineers, designers, and analysts
  • Influence product roadmaps across teams to prioritize high-impact growth initiatives
  • Present growth strategies and results to executive leadership
  • Build a company-wide culture of experimentation and data-driven decision making

Strategic Innovation

  • Develop our product-led growth strategy to complement existing go-to-market motions
  • Design viral loops and referral mechanisms that drive sustainable acquisition
  • Create new monetization opportunities without compromising user experience
  • Build the playbook for international expansion and new market entry

Qualifications:

Experience

  • 5+ years in product management with 2+ years focused on growth
  • Proven track record of driving significant metric improvements (show us your wins!)
  • Deep expertise in experimentation, analytics, and growth frameworks
  • B2B SaaS or consumer tech background preferred

Skills

  • Fluent in SQL and analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar)
  • Expert at designing and interpreting A/B tests
  • Natural storyteller who can translate data into compelling narratives
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid context switching

Mindset

  • Genuinely curious—you question everything and test assumptions
  • Move fast without breaking things—velocity matters, but so does quality
  • Customer-obsessed but business-focused
  • Humble enough to be wrong, confident enough to take risks

We value diverse perspectives and encourage applications from candidates who might not check every box but are excited about the challenge.
