Overview:

BHN is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic Sr. Product Manager with outstanding communication skills to join our highly talented and motivated global product team. We’re looking for someone who has a strong passion for product management that can work cross-functionally to drive product strategy and development roadmaps – become a subject matter expert in all things Incentives!

 

You will be responsible for devising and executing product strategies and development for complex technical products in our Incentives group. This role involves working closely with both clients and internal cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, marketers, and business leaders, to drive product development from ideation to launch. The ideal candidate will be business-minded with a strong technical background and a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends.

Responsibilities:

  • Help define BHN’s product offering driving innovation through understanding the product market, best practices, recent industry innovations, and how clients use our solutions.
  • Devise product strategies that align with the company vision by working with internal and external stakeholders along with information gathered through market research, direct client interactions and product metrics
  • Develop and execute robust go-to-market plans for product launches by working cross-functionally with product marketing, product training resources, sales and business development teams
  • Work directly with product leadership to communicate trends upwards and influence global strategy and corporate roadmaps
  • Drive meetings and presentations communicating product strategies and roadmaps to various audiences across the company
  • Drive translation of high-level requirements into detailed product designs through user stories, process flows and change impact analysis
  • Review product features and capabilities with current and prospective clients in support of onboarding, application support and sales engineering teams
  • Work with development teams as a product owner, participating in and leading agile ceremonies to execute product feature development and ensure all new products and features are integrated with reporting and analytics tools
  • Collaborate with our Product Solutioning and Professional Services teams to help drive great solutions for our clients

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years product management experience 
  • Demonstrated success defining clear product strategies and launching world-class products
  • Clear understanding and ability to articulate how to use market research, industry metrics, and leading indicators combined with direct client feedback to devise product strategies that drive product adoption and increase revenue
  • Strong sense of design and usability with an excellent grasp of technology issues related to product development
  • Strong written and verbal skills communicating across cross-functional teams
  • Ability to craft and present succinct, professional, engaging presentations to a variety of audiences including executive leadership
  • Knowledge and experience of Agile Scrum methodology including how to write outstanding user stories
  • Familiarity with Incentives, prepaid, or financial service industries is a plus
