We are seeking a highly motivated VP of Marketing to lead the marketing strategy and execution for BHN's B2B rewards and incentives portfolio. This is not a brand role. It is a performance-driven, revenue-focused position designed to accelerate demand generation, pipeline creation, and customer acquisition across both SMB and enterprise markets. This leader must be commercially minded, analytically driven, and deeply collaborative with sales leadership to achieve and exceed growth targets. You will be responsible for building and executing marketing programs that directly influence revenue, focusing on lead generation, account-based marketing (ABM), content marketing, and trade show strategy. The ideal candidate has experience in payments marketing with a strong understanding of the rewards and incentives space.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and deliver the global demand generation strategy for BHN’s Incentives business across SMB and enterprise segments.
  • Partner closely with sales leadership to define target accounts, build pipeline, and optimize conversion.
  • Lead a high-performing team across content marketing, lead and demand gen, enterprise marketing, event strategy and customer retention, all in service of revenue acceleration.
  • Build and optimize multi-channel campaigns including digital, paid media, email, events, and partner marketing.
  • Design data-driven programs with to optimize revenue and continuously refine based on performance analytics and sales feedback.
  • Work hand-in-hand with sales and develop compelling sales enablement material (case studies, white papers, presentations) to support effective selling and close deals.
  • Define and manage the incentives marketing budget for maximum ROI on pipeline generation.
  • Stay current on market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer needs in the payments, rewards, and incentives space.

 

Ideal Candidate Competencies

  • Commercial acumen: Strong understanding of how marketing directly influences pipeline and revenue.
  • Data-driven leadership: Expertise in measuring campaign performance, optimizing funnel metrics, and reporting outcomes to senior leadership.
  • B2B performance marketing: Deep experience driving demand generation in complex B2B environments, especially in payments, fintech, or rewards/incentives sectors.
  • Sales collaboration: Proven track record of building highly productive relationships with sales leaders and teams.
  • Operational excellence: Ability to build scalable marketing operations using marketing automation, CRM, and ABM tools.
  • Leadership: Ability to inspire, develop, and retain top marketing talent.
  • Agility: Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of marketing experience with 5+ years in a senior leadership role, preferably in B2B technology or payments industries.
  • Commercial acumen with a strong understanding of how marketing directly influences pipeline and revenue generation.
  • Data-driven leadership with expertise in measuring campaign performance, analyzing marketing attribution, and optimizing funnel conversion rates.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with proven experience collaborating effectively across sales, product, and executive teams.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in marketing, business, or a relevant field.
  • Industry certifications in marketing automation, digital marketing, or related areas.
