We’re hiring a Senior Director of Product Management – Consumer Payment Services to lead this next chapter. In this role, you will own the core payment, wallet, and identity services that sit at the center of every BHN consumer experience. You’ll modernize legacy components, introduce new payment options, build API-first services, and strengthen identity/auth flows that balance conversion, convenience, and security.
This leader will work across engineering, risk, fraud, legal, design, and commercial teams to deliver a unified consumer platform that developers love to build on and users trust. The work you do here will directly shape how millions of people transact and engage with global brands every day.
This role reports to the VP of Product, Global Core Services.

You will shape the next generation of BHN’s consumer payment and identity platform, influencing how millions of consumers transact, redeem value, and engage with global brands across our network.
Leadership experience owning payments or identity products at scale
Deep understanding of card processing, tokenization, APMs, and digital wallets
Hands-on experience with payment acceptance, gateways, processors, and acquiring
Experience building modern identity and authentication flows (OAuth/OIDC, MFA, device signals)
Experience improving checkout UX, conversion, and payment success
Ability to modernize legacy systems into API-first services
Comfort working in regulated environments (PCI, AML/KYC, GDPR, CCPA, PII handling)
Strong cross-functional leadership with engineering, risk, legal, fraud, and commercial partners
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related discipline.
Background in loyalty, stored value, or multi-partner ecosystems
Global market experience or exposure to regional payment differences
Platform/SaaS product experience
Experience integrating emerging payment methods
Entrepreneurial, experiment-driven working style

Salary Range for California Residents Only: $205,420.00 to $287,600.00
Salary Range for Illinois Residents Only: $165,560.00 to $231,800.00
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, Blackhawk Network offers benefits including 401k with employer match, medical, dental, vision, 12 paid holidays in the year 2025, 1 hour of sick pay accrual for every 30 hours worked, parental leave, life insurance, disability insurance, accident and illness insurance, health and dependent care flexible spending accounts, wellness benefits, and flexible time off for all full-time employees.
