Overview:

We are looking for a Sr. Enterprise Analytics Analyst to support our Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) e-Commerce business—a strategic growth area for the company, amongst other channels. This high-visibility role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning data into business insights and collaborating across teams to improve performance.

As a senior analyst embedded in the Business Insights team, you will partner closely with the core D2C team, Marketing, Product, and Finance teams to monitor performance, identify opportunities, and support data-informed decision making. Your work will help optimize the customer journey, drive acquisition and retention, and support testing and personalization strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and report on key D2C performance metrics, including KPIs such as sales volumes, conversion rates, average order value, customer lifetime value and customer acquisition costs, by various channel and product attributes.
  • Provide insights on customer behavior, including acquisition vs. repeat purchase trends, loyalty engagement, registration, business customers, product preferences and consumer sentiment.
  • Collaborate with marketing on campaign performance by marketing channel and customer segmentation. Assist with list generation and targeting based on customer behavior and engagement trends.
  • Partner with product teams to evaluate funnel metrics and site experience (e.g. sessions, cart abandonment, bounce rates, mobile vs. desktop usage, etc.) and help prioritize enhancements.
  • Support the development and delivery of regular performance dashboards, visualizations and executive summaries.
  • Assist in business case development for new initiatives by providing data-driven estimates of impact and ROI.
  • Contribute to test design, hypothesis development, and measurement of marketing and site experiments.
  • Help ensure alignment across data sources and build confidence in reported results
  • Support broader analytics team on cross-portfolio analytics and data initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • +5 years of experience in business analytics, marketing insights, or performance reporting in a digital or e-Commerce environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of e-Commerce KPIs and customer acquisition, retention and ROI metrics, Loyalty.
  • Proven ability to translate data into robust and actionable business insights and recommendations with strong attention to detail.
  • Highly proficient with Excel and PowerPoint for modeling, ad hoc analysis and presentations.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics for interpreting digital engagement, site traffic, and funnel behavior.
  • Experience in SQL querying and data mining across disparate sources, business intelligence tools for visualizations (Power BI or equivalent, MicroStrategy, Alteryx, etc.) is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor insights to business stakeholders.

Benefits:

Salary Range for all U.S. Residents (excluding Alaska, California, North Dakota, South Dakota): $69,830.00 to $90,800.00

Salary Range for California Residents Only: $86,520.00 to $112,500.00
