Overview:

Blackhawk Network is seeking an enthusiastic, team-oriented individual to join our Risk Team.

 

Blackhawk Network is revolutionizing the world of gifting by enabling customers to send personalized eGift Cards from any device, anywhere, at any time. We partner with over 400 brands, including Uber, Starbucks, Nordstrom, Delta, and Best Buy. The online gift card space is a high-risk segment that attracts malicious actors seeking financial gain, making fraud prevention a critical function. The Risk Services team is driven, collaborative, and committed to ensuring that every legitimate order is approved.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and audit patterns of fraudulent activity in decisioned orders.
  • Analyze and interpret reports, taking appropriate action based on findings.
  • Provide feedback to improve processes and enhance awareness of emerging fraud trends.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

  • College degree (B.S./B.A.) or equivalent work experience in the financial industry or risk.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Experience and knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Experience working in volume-driven, time-sensitive environments.

  • An investigative background is a plus.
